You can order on Bobine's website and be delivered all around the world ! Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination (7,90€ in Metropolitan France, 14€ in Europe).
At Bobine, we are processing orders from monday to friday. Packages are dispatched on the same day if the order is made before 3pm*.
You may also pick up your items in store at 11 rue Paul Chatrousse, Neuilly 92200 or at 87 rue du Bac Paris 75007.
*For customized orders, an additional week is required.

At Bobine, we will be happy to exchange or refund any items your are not completely satisfied with. You will be defrayed for shipping costs only if you choose to be refunded for your whole order.

Livraison sous 24H-72H Chez Bobine, nous traitons vos commandes du lundi au vendredi. Les colis sont expédiés le jour même si la commande est passée avant 15h.* En France métropolitaine - Hors commandes passées le samedi, dimanche, jours fériés et hors périodes de soldes où les délais peuvent être rallongés. Pour les commandes personnalisées, prévoir une semaine de délai supplémentaire
Chez Bobine, si un ou plusieurs articles ne vous conviennent pas, vous pouvez les renvoyer en boutique. Vous serez défrayé des frais de port uniquement si vous choisissez d’être remboursé de la totalité de votre commande .
